Swimming Lessons

I really love being in West Lafayette. There are so many things offered for families and they are usually priced so families with multiple children can afford to do them. There are tons of great parks and columbian park has a free zoo (with an amazing petting zoo-there is a llama and horses and goats oh my!). Porter and Maya started swimming lessons Monday at Happy Hollow Swimming Pool (only $15.00 per kid). This morning we had thunder storms so we didn't get to go but we're looking forward to getting wet tomorrow.

So, how was that cake?? I think I'll bring you cream cheese brownies and ice cream on wednesday. Just trying to help you out! :) Oh, and I love your kids boots! Lily and Noah wear boots all the time. I think it's just a precious child moment that later you'll treasure.

Do they always wear boots with swimming suits? lol

Nice job living in a family friendly, affordable place. Makes life so much easier.

I keep looking to see if you have added more pictures and re-looking over the old ones and that picture with Porter and Maya in the boots and swimsuits is so funny. What kind of a kid goes to the pool with boots on AND carries drumsticks? That is too funny. The goggles on his forehead add a nice funny touch. Kids are great!

Okay so the swimming pictures are really cute, but I want you to post something else now! I always have to go the Harward blog to get my Elmer fix. :-)

Funny, funny, funny! I love the whole boots thing and the goggles--reminds me of Casey so much though his fashion statement usually had something to do with dinosauers!
